REFUND POLICY

1) PURPOSE

​

Purpose of this Refund Policy is to provide a clear process for our enrolled customers who wish to request a refund for a course or program offered by Leaderforge Learning Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “LLS”).

2) REFUND

​

LLS offers refunds for unconsumed sessions in case of individual or 1:1 enrollments subject to the below terms -

 

  • Request for refund is initiated prior to the completion of 5 sessions post enrollment 

  • Processing fee of 10% will be charged on enrollment amount for any refund request processed

​​

Request for refund should be sent to customer.support@unbox-education.com. Refund processing time is 15 business days.

​

Enrollments for group classes and Health Unbox-ED are not eligible for refunds.
 

3) FORFEITURE

​

In cases of individual or 1:1 enrollments you can reschedule or cancel a session by informing the instructor over email with a cc to customer.support@unbox-education.com at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the session. No show for a session without a prior intimation as outlined above will be deemed to be a completed session

​

In cases where the enrolled student or parent is not reachable for 3 months from the date of the last attended session, LLS would be entitled to forfeit the amount pertaining to unconsumed sessions.
