REFUND POLICY
1) PURPOSE
Purpose of this Refund Policy is to provide a clear process for our enrolled customers who wish to request a refund for a course or program offered by Leaderforge Learning Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “LLS”).
2) REFUND
LLS offers refunds for unconsumed sessions in case of individual or 1:1 enrollments subject to the below terms -

Request for refund is initiated prior to the completion of 5 sessions

Processing fees of INR 1,000 + GST will be charged for any refund request
Request for refund should be sent to customer.support@unbox-education.com. Refund processing time is 15 business days.
Enrollments for group classes are not eligible for refunds.
3) FORFEITURE
In case where no refund is requested for unconsumed sessions within 3 months from the date of last attended session, LLS would be entitled to forfeit the amount pertaining to unconsumed sessions.
